Property investment podcasts downloaded 5 million times

Momentum Media’s Property Investment Podcast Network has notched up 5 million downloads since its inception in 2015.

Momentum Media executive editor – real estate and consumer wealth, Phillip Tarrant hosts the popular SPI Show on the Property Investment Podcast Network

The network features the long-running Smart Property Investment Show (which began in 2015), as well as Investing Insights with Right Property Group, Inside Commercial Property, Property Nerds, Property Showcase, and Lifestyle by Design.

Led by top business podcaster and Momentum Media executive editor – real estate and consumer wealth, Phillip Tarrant, the network includes a number of focused podcasts that gather Australia’s top property investment talent to deliver investors with insights to help them create greater wealth through property.

The dedicated platform offers an opportunity for in-depth conversations with investors, property experts, demographers, politicians, and property investors about key issues impacting investors, the property market, lender policies, government regulation, and the national economy.

The podcasts are highly engaging as they tackle timely topics that are impacting investors and the broader property industry at the time of publication.

The network is home to over 700 episodes around property investing, while the Smart Property Investment Show is consistently ranked in the top 100 business podcasts on Apple.

Commenting on the success of the podcasts, Mr Tarrant said that they have been serving the purpose for which they were conceived, which was to produce content and provide connectivity, and assist both seasoned investors in building their property portfolios as well as first time buyers to get off the starting block.

More broadly, the success of the shows has firmed Momentum Media’s place as one of Australia’s top business podcast publishers, he added.

“We’re incredibly pleased with the audience engagement with our network of podcasts, a medium that has skyrocketed in popularity over the past few years,” he said.

“The goal of these podcasts was always to provide deep insight into the property sector and tackle the issues that matter to our listeners, whether that is housing trends, or changes to lending standards that could impact the way homebuyers take out a mortgage.

“Our vision is to be at the forefront of these developments, and provide a platform for industry leaders to share their knowledge.”
