Leading players of the third-party mortgage distribution channel are being invited to enter the second annual Mortgage Business Awards, set to be held in May 2024.
Run with support from principal partner and non-bank lender Resimac, the Mortgage Business Awards is an exciting awards program that recognises the top performers in Australia’s booming third-party distribution channel.
This comprehensive awards program offers peer-reviewed recognition of the capabilities of the leading players in the mortgages space - including mortgage brokers, aggregators, lenders, innovators, tech providers, and loan administration staff.
It also shines a spotlight on those excelling in operations, technology, innovation, and delivering outstanding client outcomes.
Video submissions for the awards are now open, and members of the industry are being invited to submit an entry by Friday, 23 February 2024.
Winners will be revealed at a black-tie gala ceremony on Thursday, 16 May 2024 at Sofitel on Collins, Melbourne. Click here to buy tickets.
Plenty of categories on offer
Both individuals and companies can enter into the Mortgage Business Awards 2024.
There are a total of 24 categories on offer this year, including five individual awards, six innovation (company) awards, six technology awards, and seven group awards that cover the gamut of the third-party distribution space.
Individual categories include loan administrators, mortgage brokers, and marketing professionals, while the innovation (company) categories span across major banks, non-major banks, and non-banks, as well as aggregators, brokers and brokerages.
Cutting-edge technology platforms that are accelerating the loan writing process will also be championed at the awards, whether it’s CRM platforms, lender technology, marketing systems or settlement services.
Aggregators, brokerages, major banks, mutual banks, non-banks, and non-major banks will all also be championed for their work in supporting the broker channel.
What the submission process entails
Entrants will be asked to send a video submission for each of the award categories they choose to enter into.
All entrants will be asked to submit a video answering the following four questions:
1) What steps have you taken to ensure operational excellence?
2) Provide an example of innovation in your business over the last 12 months (over 2023 calendar year).
3) How do you ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction?
4) What is the best example you can provide to demonstrate business growth in the last 12 months? (2023 calendar year)
The videos will be delivered to a panel of judges, who will assess each submission and relevant data/metrics to select the finalists. Winners will be announced at the black-tie gala dinner in May.
