We're seeking a strategic Growth Lead to spearhead our direct audience revenue streams across our digital ecosystem. This pivotal role will drive the evolution of our subscription models, paid content strategies, and digital marketplaces (including job boards and directories).

Your Impact

Reporting to the Head of Technology in this newly created role, you'll build the architecture for sustainable digital revenue growth across multiple brands. Your primary focus will be:

  • Revenue Strategy Development: Design and implement scalable subscription frameworks and pricing models across our portfolio of professional communities
  • Product Innovation: Create compelling membership tiers and value propositions that drive conversion and retention
  • Growth Marketing: Lead acquisition and retention campaigns with a data-driven approach
  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team of subscription and audience revenue specialists
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with our engineering teams to optimise subscription platforms and data infrastructure
  • Partnership Ecosystem: Identify and secure strategic distribution partnerships to expand audience reach

What You'll Bring

  • Strategic Vision: 7+ years experience in digital growth, subscription economics, or audience revenue models
  • Data Fluency: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform insights into actionable strategies
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of subscription funnels, retention optimisation, and customer lifetime value
  • Technical Acumen: Experience with subscription management platforms, CRM systems, and e-commerce technologies
