This role is a data analyst and intelligence role responsible for assisting in the delivery insights derived from surveys and audience analytics to Momentum Intelligence’s internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:
- Data analysis, Market research
- Cleaning and structuring of survey data for reporting.
- Creating, building, and maintaining survey data reports.
- Writing analysis and commentary of survey results
- Assisting with client requests for analysis or commentary.
- Data analysis, Audience intelligence
- Work with internal stakeholders to discover requirements.
- Create relevant data sources based on requirements.
- Analyse relevant data sources to uncover insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards for internal stakeholders.
- Present insights and findings to internal stakeholders
- Professional development
- Participate and contribute updates in weekly team meetings.
- Undertake continual relevant online training on data analytics.
- Continually developing your skills on specified platforms (e.g., Tableau)
- Stay up to date with latest feature updates on specified platforms (e.g., Tableau)
Technical requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL.
Skill requirements:
- Sound analytical mindset with a solid grasp of mathematics.
- Willingness to learn best practice of data analytics and visualisation.
- Ability to identify and highlight key issues relating to business problems.
- Ability to explain and present findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
