Primary Purpose: This is a market research and intelligence role responsible for assisting in the delivery of insights derived from surveys and audience insights to Momentum Intelligence’s internal and external stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Market research
    • Building and creating online surveys.
    • Cleaning and structuring survey data for reporting.
    • Assisting in creating, building, and maintaining survey reports.
    • Assisting with client requests for analysis or commentary.
    • Participate in internal or external meetings to discuss and explain findings.
  • Rankings & editorial
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to verify validity of submissions.
    • Conduct data analysis on ranking submissions to create relevant outputs.
    • Liaise with relevant teams to produce the rankings in a timely manner.
    • Always maintain the highest level of integrity and accuracy.
  • Client success
    • Assist in managing internal and external client relationships.
    • Assist in the timely delivery of products and/or services to Momentum Intelligence clients.
    • Assist in maintaining customer/contact database with the latest details/notes and communications.
    • Assist in tasks associated with servicing clients and developing relationships including organising and conducting monthly/quarterly meetings with relevant prospects and clients.

Professional development

  • Participate and contribute updates in weekly team meetings.
  • Undertake continual relevant online training on data analytics and market research.
  • Continually developing your skills on specific survey and data platforms.

Skill requirements:

  • Sound analytical mindset with a solid grasp of mathematics.
  • Willingness to learn best practice of data analytics and visualisation.
  • Ability to identify and highlight key issues relating to business problems.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of excel and google sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Tableau.
  • Ability to explain and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
